§ 9-21-3-11 — Violations; Class C infraction; Class A infraction if bodily injury
A person who violates section 7, 8, 8.5, or 9
of this chapter commits a Class C infraction. However, a person who
violates section 7, 8, 8.5, or 9 of this chapter in a manner that results in
bodily injury to a person commits a Class A infraction.
