§ 9-21-22-2 — Leading a vehicle platoon; conditions
A person may lead a vehicle platoon in Indiana if:
(1)the person or the organization with which the person is
associated has filed a plan for general vehicle platoon operations
with the Indiana department of transportation;
(2)the Indiana department of transportation has not rejected the
plan for general vehicle platoon operations in Indiana; and
(3)the person leads the vehicle platoon in accordance with the
plan for general vehicle platoon operations in Indiana.
