§ 9-21-22-1 — Participation in a vehicle platoon; conditions
A person may operate a motor vehicle as part of a vehicle platoon on the streets and highways of Indiana if:
(1)the person is authorized under Indiana law to operate a motor
vehicle on the streets or highways of Indiana;
(2)the motor vehicle is authorized under Indiana law to be
operated on the streets or highways of Indiana;
(3)the motor vehicle is properly equipped with necessary systems
for participation in a vehicle platoon; and
(4)the leader of the vehicle platoon is authorized under this
chapter to lead the vehicle platoon.
