The Indiana emergency medical services commission may not withhold approval of a motor vehicle as an authorized emergency vehicle because the motor vehicle is not affiliated with a hospital, law enforcement agency, or fire department. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-2(d) part.]
