§ 9-21-2-1 — Creation
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 21 TRAFFIC REGULATION·Ch. 2 Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for
The Indiana department of transportation shall
adopt the Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for
Streets and Highways by order of the commissioner of the Indiana
department of transportation with a letter of concurrence from the
Federal Highway Administration.
