§ 9-21-17-21 — Blind pedestrians; yield of right-of-way

A person who drives a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to a blind pedestrian carrying a clearly visible white cane or accompanied by a guide dog. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-91.3.]
