Text

(a)A vehicle may not at any time be driven through or within a safety zone.
(b)A person who drives a vehicle crossing a sidewalk shall yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian and all other traffic on the sidewalk. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-91.1.]
