§ 9-21-14-6 — Lead and escort vehicles; flashing amber lights

The lead and escort vehicles in a marching band procession may be equipped with flashing amber lights. The revolving amber lights may be used to gain the right-of-way on a local road or street and at intersections and to protect a marching band procession while crossing an intersection.
