§ 9-21-14-4 — Driving between vehicles of marching band procession; authorization
A person who drives a vehicle that is not in a marching band procession may not drive the vehicle between the vehicles of the marching band procession, except when:
(1)authorized to do so by a traffic officer; or
(2)the vehicle is an authorized emergency vehicle.
