§ 9-21-14-2 — Marching band procession

As used in this chapter, "marching band procession" means an officially recognized performing organization, including a band, dance unit, drill team, color guard, flag corps, or rifle squad performing together or separately on a local road or street. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1.6-1.]
