§ 9-21-14-1 — Application of chapter
This chapter applies to an officially recognized performing organization, including bands, dance units, drill teams, color guards, flag corps, or rifle squads of the following:
(1)A public school.
(2)A private school.
(3)A state supported college or university.
(4)A private college or university located in Indiana accredited
by a recognized regional accrediting agency.
