Text

A person who is convicted of a violation of section 5 of this chapter shall, in addition to the fine and costs that are assessed against the person, have the person's driving privileges suspended for a period of not less than sixty (60) days. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-108(d).]
