Text
A political subdivision may adopt by ordinance or resolution restrictions on personal delivery devices. A political subdivision shall:
(1)hold a public meeting before enacting an ordinance or
resolution to restrict personal delivery devices; and
(2)notify all companies determined to be affected by the
ordinance or resolution restricting personal delivery devices.
