Text

A motor driven cycle may not be operated under any of the following conditions:

(1)By an individual less than fifteen (15) years of age.
(2)By an individual who does not have:
(A)an unexpired identification card with a motor driven cycle endorsement issued to the individual by the bureau under IC 9-24-16;
(B)a valid driver's license; or
(C)a valid learner's permit.
(3)On an interstate highway or a sidewalk.
(4)At a speed greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
(5)The vehicle has not been registered as a motor driven cycle. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-61.1.]
