§ 9-21-10-7 — Applicability of traffic regulations

Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 21 TRAFFIC REGULATION·Ch. 10 Motorcycles
(a)Subject to subsection (b), all traffic regulations and all rights and duties inured from the traffic regulations that apply to a person who drives or operates a motor vehicle apply to a person who operates a motorcycle or motor driven cycle except the following:
(1)Regulations that expressly do not apply to motorcycles or motor driven cycles.
(2)Regulations that by their nature have no application.
(b)IC 9-21-3-7(b)(3)(D) applies to the operation of a motorcycle. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-9-2(g).]
