§ 9-21-10-4 — Seating restrictions
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), a
person may not drive, operate, or ride as a passenger on a motorcycle
in a position other than astride the seat or saddle provided.
(b)A person may not drive, operate, or ride as a passenger in an
autocycle in a position other than on a seat.
