§ 9-21-10-3 — Packages, bundles, or other articles preventing proper use of handlebars or steering wheel

A person who operates a motorcycle or motor driven cycle may not carry a package, bundle, or other article that prevents the person from keeping both hands on the handlebars or steering wheel. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-9-2(c).]
