§ 9-21-10-2 — Passengers; interference with operation and control; obstruction of view

A passenger may not be carried on a motorcycle in a position that interferes with the operation or control of the motorcycle or the view of the person who operates the motorcycle. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-9-2(b).]
