(a)In addition to the person who operates a motorcycle, one (1) person may be carried on the motorcycle. A passenger may be carried only on a firmly attached and regular seat designed for passenger use.
(b)A passenger may not be carried on a motor driven cycle. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-9-2(a).]
