§ 9-21-10-1 — Passengers; number; seating restrictions
(a)In addition to the person who operates a
motorcycle, one (1) person may be carried on the motorcycle. A
passenger may be carried only on a firmly attached and regular seat
designed for passenger use.
(b)A passenger may not be carried on a motor driven cycle.
