Text

A person who rides an animal or drives an animal drawing a vehicle upon a roadway is:

(1)subject to the provisions of this article applicable to the person who drives a vehicle; and
(2)is not subject to the provisions of this article that by their nature have no application. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-26.]
