§ 9-20-5-6 — Safety procedures; implementation
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 20 SIZE AND WEIGHT REGULATION·Ch. 5 Heavy Duty Highways and Extra Heavy Duty Highways
The Indiana department of transportation shall
implement procedures that, in cooperation with the state police
department and local police departments, enhance the safety of citizens
along and near extra heavy duty highways listed in section 4 of this
chapter (before its expiration) or described in rules adopted by the
Indiana department of transportation under section 1 of this chapter.
