§ 9-20-18-6 — Notification of location of cargo to shipper
The driver of an impounded vehicle or
combination of vehicles shall notify the shipper or a person having a
monetary interest in the cargo or vehicle or combination of vehicles of
the location of the cargo. The impounding officer shall give the driver
reasonable opportunity to make the notification.
