§ 9-20-17-4 — Equipment necessary for enforcement; purchase; costs

(a)Scales and other equipment necessary for
the proper enforcement of this article may be purchased by the
authority having charge of the maintenance of the highways on which
the scales are or equipment is to be used.
(b)The cost of scales and equipment described under subsection (a)
shall be charged to the maintenance of the highway on which the scale
or equipment is used.
