§ 9-20-17-2 — Heavy commercial truck traffic; permanent stations; staffing; portable scales

To the degree possible, all permanent weigh
stations must be staffed during the hours of heavy commercial truck
traffic. Enforcement crews shall operate portable scales frequently
enough to discourage heavy truck traffic on Indiana secondary
highways.
