§ 9-20-14-1 — Permit requirement
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 20 SIZE AND WEIGHT REGULATION·Ch. 14 Special Restrictions Concerning Tractor-Mobile Home
Except as otherwise provided in section 4 of this chapter, a person may not operate a tractor-mobile home rig on a highway unless the person has a permit to operate the rig from:
(1)the Indiana department of transportation; or
(2)an agency or a political subdivision of the state designated by
the Indiana department of transportation to issue permits.
