Text

Notwithstanding IC 9-20-1-1 through IC 9-20-1-2, and except for length exclusive devices in accordance with 23 CFR 658.13, the following are the maximum limitations on length of a truck-tractor-semitrailer-semitrailer combination:

(1)The maximum length of each semitrailer unit operating in a truck-tractor-semitrailer-semitrailer combination is twenty-eight
(28)feet, six (6) inches.
(2)A maximum length limit is not imposed on a truck-tractor-semitrailer-semitrailer combination. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-1-2.2(c).]
