§ 9-20-10-2 — Farm wagons; trailers in tow; exemption

(a)A farm wagon (as defined in IC 9-13-2-60(1)) is not subject to IC 9-20-9-8 with regard to trailers in
tow.
(b)A farm wagon (as defined in IC 9-13-2-60(2)) may not be used
to tow a trailer.
