§ 9-19-9-6 — Corporate directors, officers, or agents; criminal liability
An individual director, officer, or agent of a
corporation who authorizes, orders, or performs any of the acts or
practices prohibited by this chapter is subject to criminal liability in
accordance with IC 35-41-2-4.
