§ 9-19-22-1 — Application
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 19 MOTOR VEHICLE EQUIPMENT·Ch. 22 Inspection of Equipment for Private Buses
This chapter applies to a private bus that is:
(1)designed or used to transport more than fifteen (15)
passengers, including the driver; and
(2)registered or reregistered with the bureau after December 31,
2015.
