§ 9-19-20-4 — Vehicles meeting safety requirements; certificate
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 19 MOTOR VEHICLE EQUIPMENT·Ch. 20 Motor Vehicles Used for Government Funded
If the inspection under section 2 of this chapter
reveals that a vehicle meets the safety requirements prescribed under
this chapter, the inspecting officer shall issue to the owner of the
vehicle a certificate stating that the vehicle was inspected and met the
prescribed safety requirements.
