§ 9-19-2-2 — Selling or equipping vehicle with noncomplying equipment
A person may not:
(1)have for sale;
(2)offer for sale; or
(3)sell or equip;
a motor vehicle with air conditioning equipment unless the equipment
complies with this chapter.
