§ 9-19-1-5 — Owner operating or permitting operation of noncomplying vehicle

Except as otherwise provided in this article, an owner of a vehicle may not cause or knowingly permit to be operated or moved upon a highway a vehicle or combination of vehicles that is not constructed or equipped in compliance with this article. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-1-1 part.]
