Text
The bureau shall issue a license plate to a person that:
(1)is an Indiana resident; and
(2)holds an unrevoked and unexpired official amateur radio
station and operator's license issued by the Federal
Communications Commission;
upon receiving an application accompanied by proof of ownership of
the amateur radio station and operator's license.
