Text

(a)The bureau shall issue a placard to any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, unincorporated association, or any legal successor of a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or unincorporated association, that is authorized by the state or a political subdivision to operate programs, including the provision of transportation, or facilities for individuals with disabilities.
(b)A placard issued under subsection (a) expires on the earlier of the following:
(1)January 1 of the fourth year after the year in which the placard is issued.
(2)The date on which the corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or unincorporated association ceases to operate programs or facilities for individuals with disabilities. [Pre-2016 Revision Citations: 9-14-5-1(2);
