Text

The bureau shall issue a license plate for a person with a disability that designates a vehicle as a vehicle that is regularly used to transport a person who:

(1)has been issued a permanent parking placard under IC 9-14-5 (before its repeal) or section 4 of this chapter; or
(2)is eligible to receive, but has not been issued, a permanent parking placard under section 4 of this chapter. [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-22-1.]
