Text

(a)The bureau shall design and issue a license plate that designates a vehicle as a historic vehicle.
(b)A license plate issued under this section may be displayed on the following vehicles:
(1)A collector vehicle registered under IC 9-18.1-5-5.
(2)Any other vehicle that is:
(A)registered under IC 9-18-12 (before its expiration) or IC 9-18.1; and
(B)at least twenty-five (25) years old.
(c)There is no fee for a license plate issued under this section. [Pre-2016 Revision Citations: subsection (c) formerly 9-29-5-28; 9-29-5-32.5(b).]
