Text

(a)License plates shall be issued to the following:
(1)Members of the general assembly.
(2)Spouses of members of the general assembly.
(3)Other state officials who receive special license plates on an annual basis.
(b)A license plate issued under this chapter may also be issued to a company or business owned by a person described in subsection (a). [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-16-1.]
