(a)The fees for a National Football League franchised football team license plate are as follows:
(1)An annual supplemental fee of ten dollars ($10). The fee shall be distributed as follows:
(A)Five dollars ($5) to the commission fund.
(B)Five dollars ($5) to the motor vehicle highway account.
(2)An annual fee of twenty dollars ($20) for deposit in the capital projects fund established by section 5 of this chapter.
(b)The bureau shall distribute at least one (1) time each month the money from the capital projects fund collected under subsection (a). [Pre-2016 Revision Citations: 9-18-49-4; subdivision (1) formerly 9-29-5-38(d).]
