Text
A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a state educational institution trust license plate upon doing the following:
(1)Completing an application for a state educational institution
trust license plate.
(2)Designating the state educational institution trust special
group license plate desired.
(3)Paying the fees under section 4 of this chapter.
