The bureau may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish the following:
(1)The term of a civic event license plate.
(2)The qualifications of a person applying for a civic event
license plate.
(3)The conditions that apply to the use of a civic event license
plate.
(4)The fee to display a supplemental civic event license plate.
