Text

The bureau may issue a confidential license plate or other proof of registration for investigative purposes to the following:

(1)A state agency upon the annual consent of the bureau or the Indiana department of administration.
(2)Other investigative agencies upon the annual consent of the superintendent of the state police. [Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-3-5.]
