(a)The bureau may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning the size, character, and content of a certificate of registration or decals issued under this chapter.

(b)A certificate of registration issued under this chapter, or a legible reproduction of the certificate of registration, must:

(1)be pocket size;

(2)accompany the off-road vehicle or snowmobile; and

(3)be made available for inspection upon demand by a law enforcement officer.

(c)A person that fails to carry or produce an off-road vehicle's or snowmobile's registration under subsection (b) commits a Class C infraction.

(d)Decals issued under section 3(c)(2) of this chapter shall be attached and displayed on the forward half of the off-road vehicle or snowmobile or as prescribed in rules adopted by the bureau. All decals shall

(e) A person that fails to properly display a decal as prescribed
under subsection (d) commits a Class C infraction.
