§ 9-17-6-18 — Immunity from civil liability
The bureau, the commissioner of the bureau, and employees of the bureau are not liable in a civil action for any false information that is:
(1)provided to the bureau by an applicant for a certificate of title;
(2)reasonably relied upon by the bureau in making a
determination to issue a certificate of title to the applicant; and
(3)included in the certificate of title to a manufactured home
under this chapter.
