Text
A certificate of title issued for a manufactured or mobile home is valid for the life of the manufactured or mobile home:
(1)as long as the manufactured or mobile home is owned or held
by the original holder of the certificate of title or a legal transferee
of the certificate of title; or
(2)until the manufactured or mobile home is transferred to real
estate under section 15.1 of this chapter.
