This chapter does not prohibit an employee from using the equipment or facilities of a license branch or full service location operated under this article or engaging in activity permitted or required under:
(1)IC 3-7;
(2)IC 9-14.1-4;
(3)IC 9-24-2.5; or
(4)the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C.
20501).
