Text

Each license branch shall post a notice in a prominent location easily visible to members of the public. The notice must state substantially the following: "VOTER REGISTRATION FORMS AVAILABLE HERE This office has forms that you can fill out so that you can register to vote in Indiana. If you live in Indiana and are not registered to vote where you live now, and you want to register (or change your registration record), please take one of the forms. If you cannot find a blank voter registration form in this office, ask us to give you a form. You must take the form with you and mail or deliver the form to the voter registration office.
