Text

Each license branch shall provide copies of voter registration forms. The registration forms must be:

(1)prescribed by the Indiana election commission to permit the NVRA official to fulfill the NVRA official's reporting duties under 52 U.S.C. 20508(a)(3) and IC 3-7-11-2; and
(2)placed in an easily accessible location within the branch, so that members of the public may obtain the forms without further assistance from the commission. [Pre-2016 Revision Citations: 9-16-7-3; 9-16-7-4.]
