§ 9-14-9-6 — Duties
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 14 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 9 Creation and Organization of the Bureau of Motor
The commission shall:
(1)develop a statewide license branch budget; and
(2)on a date specified by the budget agency of each
even-numbered year, submit to the budget agency a proposed
budget.
