§ 9-14-9-5 — Salary per diem; reimbursement

(a)Each member of the commission board
appointed under section 2(1) of this chapter is entitled to:
(1)the minimum salary per diem provided by IC 4-10-11-2.1(b);
and
(2)reimbursement for traveling expenses and other expenses
actually incurred in connection with the member's duties, as
provided in the state travel policies and procedures established by
the Indiana department of administration and approved by the
budget agency.
(b)The commissioner, in the capacity as chair of the commission
board, is entitled to reimbursement as a state employee for traveling
expenses and other expenses actually incurred in connection with the
chair's duties, as provided in the state travel policies and procedures
established by the Indiana department of administration and approved
by the budget agency.
