§ 9-14-9-1 — Establishment of bureau of motor vehicles commission

The bureau of motor vehicles commission is
established. The commission is a body corporate and politic, and
though separate from the state, the exercise by the commission of the
commission's powers constitutes an essential governmental function.
The commission may sue and be sued and plead and be impleaded.
